The Cannizaro Park is an astonishing 35 acres and was a private garden for about 300 years, before it was open to the public just after 1947, when the Wimbledon Borough Council bought the property. The Park is at its best during the Summer months, when the flowers are in full bloom, the grass is luscious and green and the pond is floating with different kinds of birds and ducks - http://www.cannizaropark.com/web-pages/gallery.php
